What is the Emotional Freedom Technique?
EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique, is a powerful and effective acupressure technique that may reduce suffering from anxiety, cravings, physical pain and more. I have used EFT in my personal life and my practice for over 10 years. It is easy to learn and easy to use in consistently addressing and balancing emotional and physical discomfort.

Based on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture, EFT uses a specific tapping sequence on points around the head, chest and hand, while thinking about the specific presenting issue. As you voice your current negative belief about the issue, as well as your positive intention, the negative emotional charge and/or a physical pain can be reduced in favor of a positive and resourceful state.
The combination of tapping the energy meridians and voicing both the negative belief and positive affirmation works to clear the "short-circuit" - the emotional block -- from your body's bioenergy system, thus restoring your mind and body's balance, which is essential for optimal emotional and physical health.
